Know the minute a site goes dark.
Beakon checks your websites, APIs, servers and cron jobs around the clock. When something stops answering, you get an email or a Telegram message, and your status page says so before customers have to ask.
From €198.50, paid once. Refunds within 14 days.
What Beakon checks
Each monitor runs on its own schedule and keeps every result, so you can see when a problem started, how long it lasted and how fast things were before.
| Check | Catches | Example result |
|---|---|---|
| Website and APIHTTP and HTTPS | Errors, timeouts and slow responses | GET https://shop.example.com returned 200 OK in 142 ms |
| KeywordGrowth and above | A page that loads but shows the wrong thing | “Add to basket” missing from /product/42 |
| Ping | A server that has dropped off the network | 203.0.113.10 gave no reply within 5 s |
| TCP port | Databases, mail servers and anything else listening on a port | mail.example.com:587 open in 31 ms |
| SSL certificateGrowth and above | Certificates about to expire, warned at 30, 14 and 7 days | shop.example.com expires in 23 days |
| Heartbeat | Cron jobs and backups that quietly stop running | nightly-backup last pinged 26 h ago, expected every 24 h |
When something breaks, this is what happens
An outage at a shop’s checkout, from the first failed check to recovery.
A check fails
GET /checkoutreturns503 Service Unavailable.Beakon checks again
A second failure confirms the outage is real, so a one-off blip never wakes anyone up.
Alerts go out
Email to the addresses you chose and a Telegram message to your on-call chat. On Pro and above, a webhook to Slack or Discord too.
The status page updates
Checkout shows a major outage, with an incident your team can add notes to.
It comes back
A recovery alert with the total downtime, 17 min 35 s. The incident closes itself.
A status page your customers check first
Pick which monitors appear, give them names your customers recognise, and post updates during an incident.
Every page has its own address on app.beakon.it.com. Team adds password-protected pages, Business puts them on your own domain, and Enterprise adds your logo and colours.
Checkout returned errors

Questions people ask before buying
Can’t find yours? Ask the help assistant or send us a message.
Is it really a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay once for your package. There is no subscription and nothing renews. If you upgrade later, you pay only the difference between the two prices.
What happens after I pay?
You land on a thank-you page with your activation link, and we email the same link to you. Open it, name your workspace, create your login and add your first monitor. Checks start straight away.
Is there a free trial?
No. Instead, every payment can be refunded within 14 days, without giving a reason. That way you can try Beakon with your own sites before deciding.
How do refunds work?
Open a ticket from the contact page within 14 days of paying, using the email address you paid with. We refund the full amount through Stripe; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it. When a purchase is refunded, its workspace closes.
Can I get an invoice with my company details?
Yes. Enter your company name and VAT ID at checkout and they appear on the invoice Stripe sends you. You can download invoices again from your workspace’s billing page.
What counts as a seat?
Seats are for people who can change things: editors and admins. Viewers can see dashboards, history and incidents but can’t change anything. Viewers are unlimited and never use a seat.
How often are my sites checked?
As often as your package allows: every 5 minutes on Starter, every 3 minutes on Growth, every 1 minute on Pro, every 1 minute on Team, every 30 seconds on Business and every 30 seconds on Enterprise. You can choose a slower interval for any monitor. A failure is re-checked before anyone is alerted, so a one-off blip doesn’t wake you up.
Where do alerts go?
Email and Telegram on every package. Pro and above can also send webhooks to Slack, Discord or any URL that accepts JSON. Beakon doesn’t send SMS or make phone calls.
Can I move to a bigger package later?
Yes, from your workspace’s billing page. You pay only the difference: Pro to Team costs €150.00, for example. The new limits apply as soon as the payment goes through.
What if Beakon shuts down?
You’d get at least 90 days’ notice and a full export of your data. You can export your monitors, incidents and check history at any time anyway.
Pick a package and start watching in a few minutes.
